Hello
Amelia,
Sorry
for the slow response, busy time with report cards and such. Yes, I
would be interested in a similar workbook for Grades 7/8. Our current
textbooks are good for having lots of questions to work through but your
workbook explained the concepts much better – in kid language. I would
be interested in purchasing a class set or two, probably at the price I paid
for the Gr. 9 book. It was really quite reasonable as our current
textbooks are about $65-$75. Yes, colour is important. Not only
does it stimulate the brain but it is easier on the eyes. I think our
concerns are similar to yours, helping kids get better at basic facts to make
math easier. Also, giving them the concepts at a level they understand,
not talking above them and then expecting them to get it on the first time
through.
Thanks
again for creating such a good book. I look forward to seeing your
Principles of Math 10 as well.
Sincerely,
Anne

Hi
Dwight,
Please use my comments as you wish. The workbook has been great and I am
pushing it to anyone who will listen.
Thanks,

Hi!
I took a copy up to the high school to show them and the alternate ed
teacher thought they looked good. In that class the kids often are
working at many different levels and grades so your books work well in
those situations too.
